Over the past few months, I have read quite a bit about comic book collecting, the ins-and-outs of it... and frankly... I had my doubts about Dave's book due to the mish-mash of information out there on the internet (besides the hold-in-your-hands books) concerning comic book collecting. I mean, what is the "true" information?

        Ok, before I get right into the review (did you think you were already reading it?) I want to show you some of the exciting information you will get from this book:

As an artist myself and knowing that the art on the covers and in the comic books is what drew me to collecting, I am familiar with many comic book artists thus familiar with this method.

BUT...

There is a quite a lot of meat within this section that I DID NOT know and was fascinated by. When you apply the information that Dave provides you in this section, it will help you not only understand the industry artists and the roles they play in comicdom, but it will open your eyes to a new world of comic book collecting.

I have to agree with the quote above, because Dave doesn't pull any punches when it comes to revealing those who are the "artistic geniuses"!
